SASSI is a contractor management system designed to assist building management to ensure the OSHA compliance of all contractors on site. SASSI uses the Software as a Service (SaaS) model.
Rapid Alert Process
RAP is an event reporting facility which enables building management to report incidents, conduct regular inspections, record hazards and manage contractor’s performance when the event occurs.
Case Management Systems
The purpose of the CMS is to record and track Work Requests and all the information related to them. The CMS is integrated with SASSI and is an additional tool to assist in facilities management.
Essential Services Maintenance
The Essential Services Maintenance system (ESM) is a web-enabled solution for the management of scheduled maintenance activities.
Rostering
Contractors can roster their staff who work at a building on SASSI. They can easily prepare a schedule of their employees’ working hours for a period ahead.
Help Desk
Helpdesk has been specifically designed for the needs of building managers and their tenants. It is integrated with SASSI and can be easily accessed from anywhere.
